• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I'm still working out shipping rates, so they may fluctuate, and it may look high, but if there's more than a few dollars difference I will send a partial refund for the difference.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• This is more of a statement than a FAQ but it has to be said

  Buying any original art does not give you reproduction or licensing rights, crypto-related or otherwise. Artist retains all rights to make and sell prints, digital reproductions, and printed materials, or to license those out to interested parties.

  By purchasing my original works, you agree that you get a physical piece of art to frame, hang up, hide in a scavenger hunt for strangers, throw to the sea gods as an offering, or otherwise physically do whatever you want with as an item, but you don't ever get to sell your own prints of it, make any kind of blockchain-related token out of my work, or otherwise license it out further, without my contracted permission.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
